His only chance at the bigs came.. and went with him getting shelled big time. Well, what are you gonna do when playing on a
last place team that had two veterans ahead of him?
...Besides play in the minors, I mean. Which he did for the rest of his career, which was a short one at that thanks to various
injuries.
He took over as head coach of the Halifax Mooseheads in the Q in 2000, and served there for 4 seasons. He then became the
coach for the Dartmouth Destroyers in the Canadian Elite League in 2005.
