Well, there isn't really much to talk about when you get somebody that only played 20 minutes in their NHL career.
At least with Rollie Melanson, sure, only 20 minutes in his Devils tenure, but he got to win Stanley Cups with the Islanders.
What did Laferriere do? Replace Chico for the third period in a loss to the Detroit Red Wings. And a Red Wings team that
wasn't strong at the time.
He retired after splitting the 83-84 season with the Muskegon Mohawks of the IHL and the Tulsa Oilers of the CHL.
